Inmates are provided a copy of the Inmate Handbook for Perry County Jail during the booking process. The inmates return the handbook to the Floor Officer when released from jail. If the inmate does not return the handbook or the handbook is destroyed/damaged; the inmate will be charged two dollars ($2.00).
